以米根霉(RhizopusOryzae)突变株R-188为菌种,直接用玉米粉为原料,在700L发酵罐连续进行四批L-乳酸钙生产试验.平均发酵单耗为每kgL-乳酸钙耗玉粉1.03kg; 平均产酸0.952mol·L-1,产酸速率为1.18g·L-1·h-1.L-乳酸钙平均提取率为81.8%.

With R-188 the mutant of Rhizopus oryzae as strain and corn powder as raw material, four successive tests of -calcium lactate production are carried out on a fermentation tank of 700 litre. The results show an average lactic acid yeild of 0. 95 mol. L-1,
