摘要:
针对自行研制并开发出的石材柱座柱帽机数控系统,介绍基于双 PC机的上下位机结构的系统硬件结构及软件结构 .该系统针对石材加工中圆盘刀只能作横向加工特点,具有自动编程功能,可将轮廓直线和圆弧描述自动转化为横向循环切削 .而且,它还能进行全屏编辑、NC代码语法错误自动检测、各种操作错误实时中文提示,具有操作简单,便于加工各种异形曲面石材等优点
Abstract:
For ensuring machine tool to cut column base and column crown of stone precisely and efficiently, the author develop here a dual PC based superior and inferior structure as hardware and software structure of a system, which has also the function of automatic programing in connection with the characteristic that the disk hob can only transversely cut in machining stone, that is, to convert profile straight line and arc description into transversely cyclic cutting automatically. The system excels in full frame editing, NC code automatic detection of syntax error, real time Chinese prompting of various operating mistakes. It is also simple in operation, and handy in machining stone material with various curved surface.
