摘要:
利用场论说推导出非线性电容特性的普遍公式,并根据生产厂家给出的实验特性曲线,用Matlab程序进行曲线拟合 .得出 MMVL10 5 GT1变容二极管的非线性电容作为电压的函数解析式,为工程上使用变容二极管的解析表达式提供了理论依据
Abstract:
By using the statement of field theory, a general formula is derived for nonlinear capacitance characteristic. Based on experimental characteristic curve given by manufacturer, the curve-fiting is carried out by using Matlab program. thus the nonlinear capacitance of MMVL105GT1 varactor can be obtained. This nonlinear capacitance of MMVL105GT1 varactor may serve as functional analytic formula of voltage, it provides theoretical basis to the analytic expression of varactor used in engineering.
