摘要:
以乳制品中的乳酸饮料为研究对象,引用有效温度的概念,基于Arrhenius模型构建有效温度的求解模型.据此建立乳制品冷链全过程货架寿命模型,分析冷链运输过程中温度对乳制品货架寿命的影响.经过计算和预测,结果表明:该方法能够准确地为消费者提供真实的货架寿命,实现对乳制品货架寿命的实时监控,以达到对乳制品冷链物流质量控制的目的,提高乳制品冷链物流质量.
Abstract:
In this paper, lactic acid beverages in dairy products were studied. Based on the concept of effective temperature and the Arrhenius model, the effective temperature model was established. At the same time, the shelf life model of the whole cold chain process was also established to analyze the impact of transport temperature on the shelf life of dairy products. The results show that the method can accurately provide the real shelf life for consumers and realize the real-time monitoring of shelf life of dairy products so as to achieve the purpose of quality control of dairy cold chain logistics and then improve the dairy products cold chain logistics quality.
