摘要:
研究真空差压渗流铸造法制备SiCp/Al(颗粒碳化硅)复合材料的制备工艺,分析工艺参数对成形的影响.在考虑液态金属的传热和对流的情况下,根据多孔介质的连续介质模型及有限元方法,对多孔介质内的铝液的渗流行为进行流场温度场耦合的数值模拟.采用统计平均的方法描述多孔介质微观结构的影响,使用有限元方法,编写二维的渗流模拟命令流文件,计算渗流和传热耦合的瞬态过程,给出瞬态温度场分布,并且进一步预测不同时刻的渗流有效高度.
Abstract:
The particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites was fabricated by using vacuum differential penetrating casting.The fabrication process and the influences of technical parameters upon the forming of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites were discussed.Taking the convection and heat conduction of liquid metal into account,based on the continuous media model and the finite element method,the flow-thermal field of the penetration of liquid aluminum through porous media was numerically simulated.The statistical method was used to state the effects of porous media on the liquid metal,and finite element method was used for the transient thermal analysis of the temperature field and the forecast of the valid length of composites.
