摘要:
为了解决液压元件调速阀故障诊断难的问题,采用三谱及其切片分析的方法,针对调速阀阀体正常和故障时的振动信号,分别绘制出其双谱切片和三谱切片图.比较和分析结果表明,正常时,三谱二维切片的幅值在以2个频率构建的平面中心处为零,而故障时不等于零; 从对角切片分析发现,三谱对角切片能表现出比对应的双谱更多的幅值信息.三谱能更有效地提取非线性信息,为获得故障特征提供有效的依据.
Abstract:
The slices of the bispectrum and trispectrum are plotted for the vibration signals of the speed control value when it works both under normal condition and under fault condition.The experimental results show that there are different magnitudes in the center of the two-dimensional slices of trispectral space with zero under normal condition and a distinct value under fault condition,and that the diagonal slices of trispectra can reveal more information about the magnitude than those of bispectrum because trispectrum can extract more nonlinear information which will provide effective criteria for fault characteristics.
