摘要:
研究关联维数在减压阀和调速阀故障诊断中的应用,并针对故障诊断的实际情况,对采集到的信号进行分析,提出将关联维数用于液压元件故障诊断的技术路线及方法.结果表明,不同故障的液压阀产生机制不同,通常也具有不同的关联维数,故关联维数可用于故障的特征提取.正常情况下,位移和加速度参量的关联维数D2<2; 而在故障情况下,所得到的关联维数D2>2.通过分析加速度的关联维数,可以判断被测液压元件是否存在故障.
Abstract:
The application of correlation dimension in the fault diagnosis of pressure value and speed control value is investigated,and the collected information is analyzed according to the actual conditions in fault diagnosis.Also the technical route and method about the application of correlation dimension in the fault diagnosis of hydraulic components is given.The results show that the mechanism of different faults for hydraulic values differs,and often their correlation dimensions are also different,so the correlation dimension can be used to extract the feature of the faults.In the normal state,the correlation dimension of the displacement and acceleration signals,D2,is smaller than 2; in the fault,the correlation dimension,D2,is greater than 2.By the analysis of the correlation dimension of the acceleration signal,it can be judged whether there is a fault for a measured hydraulic component or not.
