摘要:
设计一种能在0.8 V下工作的低压太阳能发光二极管草坪灯驱动控制器.控制充电回路通断的开关管集成在芯片内部,系统只需外接一个电感和光敏电阻.该驱动电路具有光开关自动控制放电、蓄电池过放迟滞保护等功能,且发光二极管灯无闪烁.仿真结果表明,芯片的工作电压为0.8~1.5 V,输出平均电流在3~300 mA内可调,发光二极管灯效率大于85%,能够满足各种不同发光二极管对电流的需求.
Abstract:
A driver controller for low-voltage solar light-emitting diode(LED) lawn lights which is able to operate at 0.8 volts is designed.The PMOS transistor controlling the on and off of charge circuit is integrated in the chip,so the system only needs one inductor and light sensor resistor outside.The driving circuit has functions of the light activated switch controlling electric discharge automatically,the battery′s over-discharge hysteresis protection,and LED lights′ flicker-free.The simulation results show that the working voltage of chip is 0.8~1.5 V,the output current can be adjusted from 3 mA to 300 mA and the efficiency of LED lights is more than 85%,which can meet current demand of all kinds of LED.
