摘要:
将某款柴油机改用进气道喷射天然气和缸内直喷生物柴油的混合燃烧方式,通过均匀设计的方式,综合运用二次多项式逐步回归法和综合加权评分值法,确定天然气和生物柴油的最佳掺烧比.通过GT-POWER仿真软件创建柴油机模型,分析在不同发动机转速下该柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放性.仿真结果表明:混合燃烧方式较原机的动力性和经济性略有下降;在中高转速时,混合燃烧方式的NO排放量低于原机,但CO排放量与原机相比基本保持不变.
Abstract:
A mixed combustion mode was adopted for a diesel engine by the way of natural gas injected into the inlet and biodiesel directly injected into the cylinder. The two-polynomial stepwise regression method and comprehensive weighted score method were used to determine the optimal blending ratio of natural gas and biodiesel. The diesel engine model was built by GT-POWER simulation software, and the power, economy and emissions of the diesel engine at different engine speeds were analyzed. The simulation results show that comparing with the original mode the power and the economy of mixed combustion slightly decreased; in high speed, the NO emission is lower, but CO emission remained unchanged.
