摘要:
探讨楮实子油(FBO)的脂肪酸的化学组成及其对大鼠血脂和脂肪组织的影响.首先,用气相色谱与质谱联用(GC-MS)法对FBO脂肪酸化学成分进行分析测定;然后,给48只雄性Wistar大鼠饲喂含胆固醇和FBO的饲料28 d,以空白对照和辛伐他汀分散片阳性药对照比较FBO对大鼠血脂指标和脂肪组织的影响.结果表明:GC-MS法测定出FBO中的11个化合物,主要成分为亚油酸(67.03%)、棕榈酸(30.53%)、亚麻酸(1.45%)和δ-生育酚;FBO可显著降低高脂模型大鼠肝脏及脂肪组织的质量,降低甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的浓度.此外,FBO中68%以上为多不饱和脂肪酸,并含有少量强抗氧化剂δ-生育酚(0.54%),二者可能是影响高脂模型大鼠有调节血脂和抑制皮下脂肪组织聚集作用的主要成分.
Abstract:
The chemical compositions of fructus broussonetiae oil(FBO)and the effects of dietary FBO on the plasma lipids and adipose tissue were investigated in this study. The chemical composition of FBO fatty acid was determined by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Then the effects of FBO on lipid indexes and adipose tissue of 48 male Wistar rats who were fed with diet containing FBO and cholesterol for 28 days were compared using blank control and simvastatin dispersible tablets as positive control. The results showed that eleven compounds were identified from FBO, with the main ingredients of linoleic acid(67.03%), hexadecanoic acid(30.53%), linolenic acid(1.45%), and delta-tocopherol. In addition, more than 68% of FBO were multiple unsaturated fatty acids, and contained a small number of powerful antioxidant delta- tocopherol(0.54%), both of which might be the main ingredients which could regulate blood lipid and inhibit the aggregation in subcutaneous adipose tissue of the high fat model rats.
