摘要:
用热重法和红外光谱法研究米根霉细胞壁结构性多糖的组成.实验表明米根霉细胞壁由几丁质和壳聚糖这两种多糖通过β(1→4)糖苷键连接构成.米根霉细胞壁可以取代虾、蟹壳作为提取壳聚糖的原料.
Abstract:
The composition of structural polysaccharide in the cell wall of Rhizopus oryzae was studied by thermogravimetry and infrared spectrometry. As shown by experiment, the cell wall of Rhizopus oryzae is composed by Glycosidic linkage (1→4) of chitin and chit
