摘要:
以甲壳素为原料,采用正交试验法确定制备高脱乙酰度和高交联度的壳聚糖树脂的工艺条件 .当温度、碱浓度和反应时间分别为 70℃,12 .5 0 mol· L-1和 4 h时,可得脱乙酰度 94 %、粘度80 0 m Pa· s的壳聚糖 .在交联剂浓度为 1.0 mol· L-1、壳聚糖用量为 2 g和交联时间为 2 h的条件下,可获交联度为 93%的微球树脂 .研究壳聚糖树脂对染料废水及印染废水的吸附脱色条件,其对单一染料废水的吸附率可达 85 %以上 .高交联度树脂的吸附率优于低交联度树脂的吸附率,交联后的壳聚糖微球树脂,具有适用于较广 p H范围的优点
Abstract:
For preparing chitosan resin of high deacetylation degree and high cross-linking degree, chitin is taken as raw material and orthogonal test is adopted to determine technological condition. Under a temperature of 70 ℃ and an alkali concentration of 12.50 mol·L -1 and a reaction time of 4 h, chitosan of a deacetylation degree of 94% and a viscosity of 800 mPa·s can be obtained. Under the conditions, including a cross-linking agent concentration of 1.0 mol·L -1 and a chitosan amount of 2 g. and cross-linking time of 2 h, microsphere-resin with a cross-linking degree of 93% can be obtained. As shown by an experimental study on the condition for chitosan resin to adsorb and to decolorize wastewater with dye and effluent from textile printing, to adsorb and to decolorize dye in wastewater, the resin shows an adsorption rate over 85%; the resin with a high cross-linking degree shows a better adsorption rate than the resin with a low cross-linking degree. The cross-linked chitosan microsphere-resin is applicable to a fairly wide pH range, which may be regarded as its merit.
